Alegria was mesmerizing!
"When I heard they were performing Alegria locally, I was thrilled. There were 8 of us ladies ranging in ages 11 to 77 and we all loved it. I always wanted to see a Max McNown performance. I wish I had also brought my son and husband. Sometimes I realized my mouth was open in amazement. The dancers/acrobats moved with such ease. I laughed, actually giggled like a little girl, and was in awe at the same time. The soloist's voice was haunting and the band was tremendous. I didn't know the human body could do such things! It was fun for everybody. I was so sad when it was over. If I had gone to an earlier show, rather than the very last performance, I would have gone again while they were in town."
